The Vendor Selection Process

After gathering the pertinent information during the first in-depth session, in a timely fashion and with a sense of urgency, OWE will be responsible for bringing you 3 (three) options for all vendors.

These vendors will be appropriate to your vision, theme and budget narrowed down for you by one of our planners. OWE will already have contacted each vendor, ensured availability and when possible, received a quote that is particular to your event.

The Booking Process

Once a vendor is selected, we will then lead you through the contract process, from overseeing contract and proposal edits through to counter execution.
